Plan Design & Provider Search
- Determine Objectives of Plan Sponsor
- Search Plan Providers able to meet these objectives
- Negotiate with Plan Providers (TPA) to obtain as favorable of possible pricing
- Work with Management and selected provider to create necessary Retirement Plan Document and related materials
Communicate Plan to Employees
- Conduct Plan Education Meetings on site employee meetings to review 401 (k) Plan.
- Co-ordinate with TPA and Mutual Fund group for creation of Plan communication materials. Materials are produced to cover timely and relevant information. Sources of educational material are not limited to only that offered by a specific recordkeeping. Attached are examples of communication we have used in other employee groups.
- Create Unique employee communication material to fill in needed material
“Quarterback” Plan Operation Process
- Assist Plan Sponsor with all aspects of Plan Operation questions/issues. We seek to “partner” with our clients in the successful operation of their Plan. Questions are varied but include the following categories:
- Participant Enrollment - Payroll Processing - Participant Distributions - Eligibility Questions - Mutual Fund explanations - Fiduciary Insurance Coverage - Fiduciary Responsibility - Statutory Updates - Enrollment and Ad Hoc meeting scheduling - Arranging Individual Meetings Independent Monitoring of Fund Results
- Utilize Retirement Plan Advisory Group software (independent 3rdparty software) to measure fund performance relative to peers and relevant indexes
- Periodic Review of Results with Management, Finance and Benefits Committees
- Provide Fund Menu of mutual fund investment choices plus Asset Allocation* models
